If you are letting us know that a machine is out of order and are having trouble buying a ticket, then please click here to avoid receiving a PCN (parking charge.)
An out of order Pay and Display machine does not mean free parking; if an alternative machine is not available please call us, or check with the parking warden before leaving your vehicle unattended to avoid receiving a parking charge notice.
